Arrivé avec tous les toupets coupés, ce cyperus reprend de la vigueur et fait de nouvelles shoots prometteuses dans un mini bassin d'extérieur en zinc plein sud avec un nymphéa tétragona blanc. En attente de la prochaine flowering pour un joli tableau qui sera complété par des eichornias dès qu'elles seront disponibles.

Description

This "papyrus" of our regions has an evergreen stump. In spring, bright green narrow and flexible leaves emerge from the soil. In summer, flowers appear grouped in large spherical heads that remain decorative until autumn.

Planting and care

This is not the most beautiful of "papyrus", but its cultivation is very easy in any moist to saturated soil, on the edge of a pond or stream, or even in a bed in heavy soil.
