Description
Almost exclusively native to South America, this genus includes some perennial species. Some of the very hardy ones are interesting in the garden.
Bushy clump. Large hairy, light green leaves. Bright yellow flowers blooming for several months. Foliage persists in mild regions.

- In zones 6 to 7 (Germany, Poland, Slovenia, and lower mountainous regions), flowering will be delayed by 2 to 3 weeks.
