Description

Anaphlis margaritacea Neuschnee is an easy-to-grow perennial, with silvery-white flowers, magnificent in the garden and dried bouquets.

Also known as silver everlasting, it has white stems with hairy leaves which are long and narrow, greenish-grey on the top and white on the underside.

White silvery pompom flowers are gathered in a large cluster, 8-10cm (3-4in) in diameter. The long-lived, rough-textured flowers make beautiful dried bouquets.

Adaptable Anaphalis margaritacea Neuschnee grows in the sun in any soil as long as it is not too wet. It grows alongside stipa, lavender, gaura, aster, and pennisetum.
