The Spear & Jackson Telescopic Arborist Saw is a particularly handy pruning tool when it comes to pruning high branches safely, as it eliminates the need for the gardener to climb a ladder. Equipped with an adjustable length aluminium handle, a curved head with a hardened carbon steel upper blade with corrosion-resistant treatment, and a cutting mechanism that is controlled from the handle, it is a manoeuvrable and highly durable tool that will quickly become essential for cutting dry or dead wood, as well as mature branches of trees, large shrubs, bushes, and fruit trees.
