This long-handled bulb planter by De Pypere is a sturdy, lightweight, and ergonomic tool. With a steel structure, this model is equipped with a long handle ending in a wide T-shaped handle, and a basket that allows for digging planting holes with a diameter of 5-6cm (2in), perfectly suited for bulbs of all sizes. This tool makes the gardener's work easier, as they can work without bending down, using the footrest at the bottom of the handle and the handle itself to spare their back.

The use of this garden tool will be facilitated in loose and soft soil, previously worked, refined, and moistened. The bulb planter is designed to slice, dig, and excavate, creating clean and regular holes quickly. This model is used to create holes up to 15cm (6in) deep and 5-6cm (2in) in diameter, suitable for bulbs of all sizes (daffodils, tulips, hyacinths). The tool's head sinks vertically into the ground and traps the soil in the basket, forming a sort of carrot shape. It only remains to carefully remove it from the ground and let the bulb slide to the bottom of the hole thus formed, before filling it with the extracted soil. It is suitable for tulip, daffodil, hyacinth, crocus, autumn crocus, and snowdrop bulbs...
