The Spear & Jackson Mirror Polished Steel Children's Fork is specially designed for children with its reduced size and wide handle for easy grip! Equipped with a long handle and a 4-pronged head, it is used for gathering, transporting, and handling coarse materials in the garden. It can be used for spreading manure, collecting plant waste, and mulching around plantings. It is a versatile tool of high quality, made from durable and sturdy materials in a timeless traditional style.

The fork is a large manual tool with a long handle, equipped with long, fine, widely spaced, and pointed teeth at their ends. It is used for the collection, transportation, and spreading of coarse materials such as leaves, twigs, hay, etc. Useful for both farmers and gardeners, it can be used to distribute plant mulch around the base of plants and spread manure on loosened soil. Use it to rake and load twigs from pruning woody subjects and dead leaves in autumn into a wheelbarrow, which you can then throw onto the compost pile or burn in a garden fire. It is also used to aerate compost piles and organise the different layers of green and brown material. This children's fork is specially equipped with a smaller handle and a wide handle end, shaped from a single piece of hardwood, made weather-resistant for durability. Its head consists of 4 mirror polished stainless steel tines that do not rust and do not stick to the soil, making cleaning easier. It is mounted on a sturdy socket with a ferrule.
