The Spear & Jackson maxi biofork is a kind of fork with two handles and a wide head, equipped with 5 thin and pointed steel teeth, and a non-slip central footrest. It works faster than the spade and allows for superficially aerating the soil simply by penetrating the teeth. Unlike the spade, this garden tool does not disrupt the soil's microbial life and does not cut through earthworms, which are essential for soil health and fertility.
