I contacted customer service, who told me that this sometimes happens, but no compensation was offered. Therefore, I do not recommend purchasing these bulbs from Promesse de Fleurs. Instead, go to your local garden centre. I made a mistake by trying Promesse de Fleurs.

The catalogue is beautiful and offers less common varieties than garden centres. 10% of the bulbs out of the 200 have emerged: 0 eremurus, 0 mascara, 0 garlic, 0 iris reticulata out of 20, 5 out of 35 narcissus, 0 out of 56 tulips, 0 lilies out of 8. In 2019, agapanthus black magic was not good, the same for leucanthemum wirral supreme, 0 out of 3 astrantia, 10 out of 60 colville gladioli, 10 out of 60 purple flora, 0 out of 3 Lucky star, 0 out of 40 butterfly, 0 fritillary, 0 out of 10 yellow crocosmias. Hello Mr and Mrs, I have received my order, but I was a bit disappointed as there was a small issue with the rosemary plant. It was completely uprooted. The delivery service, either b-post or Chronopost, was not very careful.

I am very satisfied with my tibouchina purchased in October 2023. I am in the Pyrénées Orientales at the foot of the mountain. It is in a pot to bring it indoors during the winter in a cold greenhouse. It lacked water this winter because I was afraid it would freeze. Some leaves dried up but have come back. I mulched the soil, it looks very beautiful. Now I am waiting for the flowers. I will place it in an east-facing position to avoid the scorching sun of this summer.
